My stay at the hotel was a mix of cozy room comfort and some early morning noise disturbances due to delivery trucks. The service was friendly but had a minor hiccup with parking directions. The location, near the ski lift areas and within a short walk to downtown, was very convenient. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially the included breakfast. The facilities offered were decent, enhancing my overall experience.

However, the dining options could be more varied, and the unit in the Shavano building needs some updating. Overall, a great location with a few room improvements needed.
